The hotel is in an extremely convenient location, and the view from room 172 is good. The rooms are nicely kept, and the service was very good. Elias, Carlos, and the rest of the team were fantastic. Internet speed could be better, though it worked well enough. The kitchen is missing a few important things, like a good knife for cutting raw meat.

You can find better places nearby for less. This one was too expensive and poorly maintained, with holey old towels and no basics like shampoo.

The staff weren't friendly, and they ignored the problem. We had paid for an air-conditioned apartment for four, but got a tiny room with one double bed and one single bed, no heating, and NO WATER!!! What a rip-off!!! Luckily, the travel agency moved us to another hotel and refunded us for that night.
