It's worth it.

Both Katherine and Aida were incredibly kind, and the terrace is fantastic. The apartment was clean, with an amazing bed, towels, soap, laundry detergent, and a hairdryer. Parking was 5000 CLP a night, but very secure and watched by cameras. You can use the pool until 8 pm for 3000 CLP. I've visited Santiago several times as an Argentinian, but hadn't stayed in this neighborhood before. We went out at night and felt safe. The apartment's size matched its price, so more amenities would have meant paying more. Still, no air conditioning is a concern in summer. I was also disappointed by the view of the internal courtyard. The place was small, with just one window and little ventilation. There was no salt, oil, or extra toilet paper, basics I've had at other places.

The location is central, though the area didn't feel very safe at night. The room was dirty, neglected, and in poor condition, with little ventilation and a lot of heat. We weren't properly told how things worked when we arrived. I'd arranged a late check-out and checked several times that it was noted. While I was away from the apartment, I got a call saying I was still in the room and should have left because the cleaner had found my belongings. It was upsetting and handled very badly. I had to explain again that I'd paid for the late check-out.
