The patio and balcony were lovely, with plants and an awning for shade. The only issue was the divider between balconies: we could see straight through, and were lucky not to be outside at the same time as guests in the other rooms. The rooms were sweet, clean, and had everything we needed. Staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. They spoke English and Spanish in our experience, and may speak more. The location is amazing for walking to all the bars and restaurants around the neighborhood. They also offered bikes to borrow for the bike paths. Breakfast was delicious, and we had it delivered to our room to eat on the patio. Both mornings they provided gluten-free bread for toast, with fresh avocado and jam. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it!

The cafe breakfast was generous, especially the pancakes and eggs in any style. The fresh pastries and fruit came in generous servings too. This is a lovely little boutique hotel in a wonderful neighborhood, with beautiful, comfortable rooms, but the staff are what made the stay special. Nicole gave us a warm welcome and helped arrange day trips. Paulino was always smiling on the night shift. Anais helped arrange a room for an extra night so I could rest when I was unwell, since we weren’t flying out until late. Honestly, one of the most perfect hotel stays I’ve had anywhere.

The location is hard to beat, with great restaurants and boutiques all within a five-minute walk. The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable, and if you can get a balcony room, we’d recommend it. My partner and I stayed here for the first two days of our vacation, and every employee made us feel like a top priority. The service was incredible. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, and we’d absolutely stay here again if we’re ever in Santiago.

We had lots of dining options in the neighborhood, and the common spaces were nice. The rooms were lovely and the front desk helpful. It was also very convenient that they let us park our car in a spot out front.
