The view across Santiago was lovely, and the location is good, but the flat fell short of what was listed on booking. We requested a 29th-floor apartment and learned just one day before reaching Santiago that we'd been given one on the 21st. We didn't receive the door code until after arriving, there were no bathroom amenities, and the cleanliness seemed questionable: lots of hair on the floor and bugs by the kitchen garbage bin. There was no AC, and the wifi was terrible. A bit of a shame, because the overall quality of service could be better given the location.

My experience was terrible, so I'd tell people not to waste their time here. Broker Mauricio Suazo wasted my time as an interested client, and during negotiations he raised the property price without warning. I wouldn't recommend doing business with him.

We felt really uncomfortable during our stay. The apartments are tiny, and they should spend money on better beds and bedding. Our sheets were stained and covered in lint. The woman at the concierge desk who handed over the keys was rude to us for asking questions as first-time guests. She treated everyone badly and was quite unpleasant.

The apartment was very clean and quiet, with the facilities all in perfect condition. Management is easy to reach and available to sort out any problems.
