A cozy, very nice hotel with friendly staff, a clean feel, and a great location. The metro is about five minutes away, the supermarket takes 7-8 minutes to reach, and there are also places nearby that stay open on weekends.

Breakfast includes eggs, cereal, bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, and tomatoes. The area has lots of different food choices, and the metro is close by too. I liked the location, but the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting during my stay, so I gave it four stars.

The rooms aren't especially large, but they're comfortable, and breakfast is good and filling. The showers were the best part for me. The soap, though, was the worst I've ever used in a hotel, and the place could put a little more money into that. Besides that, everything was great, especially the incredibly kind staff who went out of their way to help with requests.

It stays quiet at night despite being on a street with plenty of restaurants and bars in a safe neighborhood, about five minutes from Pedro Montt metro station. There are chairs and tables in both the back and front yards, plus a shared lounge with a sofa and large-format TV. My room was clean and comfortable, about what you'd expect for the price. Service was good, and they bake fresh croissants (medialunas) in the morning when available. The bathrooms could use updating, but they work.
