Parque Arauco, a huge mall with dozens of restaurants, is within walking distance. At Novotel Las Condes, Mr. Jesus approached us when a room became available, and he was pleasant. A woman at the front desk also helped us get on the wifi. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had a hair cap but no lotion. Breakfast had enough variety, though the vegetables and sausages were the only things that changed from one morning to the next. The scrambled eggs didn't look appetizing.

Paula at the front office really made this a five-star stay for our group of eight. With very little notice, she did an amazing job organizing custom excursions for us. We all had a great time. The location is fantastic, with lots of restaurants within walking distance, and breakfast and amenities were excellent.

It's pet friendly and the staff are nice, but the AC in the room doesn't work. There's no closet, just a tube pipe beside the bed to hang your clothes on.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times, and last time the room was so small I had to put my suitcase on the bed. When you arrive, make sure you get a regular room with a closet, a working desk, and some space or a stand for your suitcase.

We love coming here, my wife and I always stay at this place. The rooms are clean and nice, the hot shower just keeps going, and the premium room has a nice work area. And the breakfast is amazing, probably the best anywhere. Love it!
