After driving six hours, we reached the hotel at 6 p.m. only to be told by the manager that no rooms were available, even though I showed him on my phone that rooms were still being sold online for that night. We'd booked through a third-party site. The manager couldn't give us a refund and left us in the lobby for 45 minutes while we scrambled with the travel agency to find another hotel. As we were leaving, a room suddenly became available, apparently one intended for another guest. It makes me wonder whether they routinely give away people's reservations. Travelers need their bookings honored, especially after a long journey. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service was shocking. This is no way to do business, and if reliability and peace of mind matter to you, I'd strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

I was supposed to stay three nights, from Dec 8 to 11, 2025. I let the hotel know I’d arrive early on the second day so I wouldn’t have to wait until the 3 PM check-in. They canceled that booking and made a new one for two nights, but still charged me for three. I emailed and called, and never got a valid explanation.
