They were really sweet. They had a good amount of water ready, at least two rolls of toilet paper, and even an adapter. The staff asked ahead about our arrival time so they could arrange the key handover. We didn't need to meet anyone in person, just go to the counter on the apartment building's 1F. When we asked on WhatsApp about the building code, laundry, and payment, they replied pretty quickly. We were initially concerned about paying through the link they sent, with the recent booking scams, but they turned out to be very trustworthy. You can pay through the website and get a receipt to forward to the email address they provide. The place had everything we needed: bowls, cups, pods, utensils, a fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, and hairdryer. Laundry is on 26F. You need coins equivalent to 1500, since the online machine payment seemed not to work with an Internacional card. It really felt like home.

I spent a week here, and it was a very pleasant stay. The apartment is new, lovely, well organized, and comfortable, with literally everything you need for everyday life. It had a fresh, pleasant smell when we walked in. The beds were new and incredibly comfortable, and the good sound insulation meant we could sleep, talk, or watch TV without being disturbed. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Santiago and just a block from the metro. There is an elevator, and the security seemed good. I especially appreciated how clean everything was, including the towels and sheets, and the toiletries and supplies: shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, cleaning products, and an iron. Our host was always attentive, kind, and friendly. I couldn't have asked for more. This will be my first choice when I return to Santiago. Highly recommended.

Everything was impeccable again, and Mrs. Jovi was an excellent hostess. It's such a welcoming place, and I highly recommend it. They should take good care of it, because it's worth coming back.
