My reservation was for January 25th, but I had booked through Booking.com on December 16th and canceled it just 30 minutes later that same day. Even so, they charged me the full amount when the date came around. It's February 7th now, and they still haven't replied to my email. On WhatsApp, they tell me they've "passed the case on to finance," then go quiet. It looks like I've lost $250 USD, and nobody is taking responsibility.

SCAM! UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES AND NO CARE! They made FOUR charges I DID NOT AUTHORIZE, totaling more than 12 thousand DOLLARS.
