The art throughout Ola Hotel gives the place a special feel, almost like walking through a gallery. The area is also hard to beat: safe, modern, and ideally located. I really appreciated the water refill stations around the hotel. They're practical and eco-friendly. The bar has a great vibe, and the staff there were warm and welcoming, real pros. The service robot was a fun, unusual high-tech touch, too. My stay was absolutely perfect.

The neighborhood felt safe and cozy, and the location was excellent, close to the subway, restaurants, and Sky Costanera. My room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were very attentive. A very good hotel.

The breakfasts were a highlight, with lots of choice. It gets extremely busy, but the staff kept things running smoothly and the food was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Hotel Ola, Santiago is conveniently located near the city center. The modern interior makes a strong first impression, and the atmosphere feels welcoming. The rooms are stylish and functional. They aren't especially large, though the layout makes them seem roomier. Definitely recommend it for the location, staff, and high standard.

The staff at OLA Hotel made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived, and my clean, cozy room stayed well-maintained throughout my visit. They even remembered my birthday. Finding a lovely gift waiting in my room was such a thoughtful surprise, and it made my day. Thanks to the whole team for the warm hospitality. I had a lovely stay, and I'd happily return and recommend OLA Hotel to anyone visiting Santiago.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was nice. I was disappointed that I couldn't air out the room, probably because of local regulations. It's about 20-25 minutes from the plaza des armas.
