We had a wonderful time, and the complete American breakfast was a real plus. The hotel has a lovely view, beautiful lighting, and nice furnishings. Our room and bathroom both felt luxurious. The reception staff were always friendly and responsive, and the location is great. I'm so glad I found this hotel and would love to return.

The staff were polite and attentive, and it's easy to walk to the city center. The hotel is next to the Museu Violeta Parra and near Pátio Bela Vista, in a great location. But the floors and shared areas were dirty, and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. Breakfast needs work too, with little variety in the breads and a low-quality cake.
