Spot Suites

A great place in a very convenient location.

A good spot in a really nice neighborhood.

The facial recognition access made getting around the building especially convenient, and the staff were warm throughout our stay. Olaf and Javiera were particularly helpful when we needed to add a night at the last minute, and they let us stay in the same apartment. We were three people in a two-bedroom place, and it was spotless, well cared for, and fitted with new, comfortable, modern facilities. There was everything needed to cook if we wanted to. We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast and the two pools, one heated indoors and one outside, so they work in winter or summer. Parque Arauco is only a few minutes away on foot, which makes Spot Suites a great choice for a Santiago shopping trip. We'd gladly stay here again and recommend it.

The apartment had a balcony, a comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, a cutting board, and an iron. It was a very roomy studio with a lovely city view. Breakfast downstairs on level -1 was hotel-style, with plenty of choice, and delivery orders are collected from the security desk on level -2. The reception team were attentive and friendly. There are two pools in the building: one on floor 17, 1.47 meters deep, and a heated one on level -2, 1.32 meters deep, alongside a heated jacuzzi. The building is very modern, with facial recognition for doors and elevators; they take your photo at check-in for entry and exit. It was quick, though I can imagine the technology being a bit much for an older person. We did have a couple of problems. The corridor on our floor smelled strongly of chemicals the whole time, and our apartment window wouldn't shut properly. The gap let city noise in and made it hard to fall asleep.
