We only stayed one night, but on our second day in Santiago we had a lot of free time, and Pablo let us use the hotel as a base throughout the day. After walking around, we could come back when the summer sun got overwhelming. Pablo made sure we could stay fresh right up until we actually left for the airport. The location is excellent, on a quiet street near Metro Baquedano, so we slept undisturbed. Around 90% of Santiago's top attractions are within walking distance, including Bellavista, parque metropolitano, Cerro Santa Lucia, La Moneda, and La Chascona. Pablo and Irma provided second-to-none service, and the hotel is an unbeatable deal. Stay with them and Santiago will stay dear to your heart. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Chile and spending a couple extra nights in Santiago.

We enjoyed our 7 nights here. The hotel is on a quiet side street, within walking distance of the Centro Historico and restaurants. Staff handled all our requests with a smile. Breakfast choices are limited but enough, and you can also order fried or scrambled eggs.

The tram will give you great recommendations and look after you, and the place feels like home. It's within walking distance of pretty much anywhere. What a wonderful experience: the hotel was great, and the team did everything they could to make us comfortable. Special thanks to Raúl, Irma, Javiera, and everyone. I'll definitely come back.

The staff made me feel completely at home. Maurice and Laurice were especially friendly, and everyone was so helpful that I came back for three more nights after my first one. I had such a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel and would happily recommend it to my friends. Muchas gracias, I’ll be back.

A comfortable room, a very good included breakfast, and super friendly service made this a great stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room had a good amount of space. It’s right in central Santiago, close to many of the city’s major sights. I’d highly recommend it.
