The stay was okay, and I'd consider coming back. It was good value for the money, with plenty of space. The hotel feels dated, though some modern updates have been made. In terms of extras and services, it felt closer to a serviced apartment. There wasn't a toothbrush in the room, so bring your own.

Unless you booked through Hotwire and are stuck with a nonrefundable option, I'd pay a little more and stay somewhere else. At check-in, none of the lights worked, the couch was in disarray, and the window wouldn't close. Seriously, it looked like a crime scene. The employees did try hard to help as best they could, including calling a taxi promptly. That's what earns the second star.

This is definitely my place in Santiago. It's well located, clean, comfortable and nice, with friendly, efficient service, all at reasonable prices.

Spacious rooms, a clean hotel, and it wasn't expensive. The location is excellent, close to Costanera Center and Los Leones metro station.
