10/10
The pool is a little small and shallow, but I still appreciated having it for a refreshing dip. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable, with a large desk that makes it easy to work. There’s also a comfortable work and seating area in the foyer, and the Wi-Fi and air conditioning were excellent. Breakfast is a great buffet served on a lovely open-air patio, and there are plenty of top restaurants nearby. The hotel is in a delightful, quiet, safe, green neighborhood with easy access to buses and the métro. It’s eco-friendly and good value, and I’d call it the best choice for tourists and business travelers. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m next in Santiago.

It’s a pleasant hotel in a safe, quiet neighborhood, but it isn’t centrally located. The style also feels more business-like than luxury or upscale. I liked the area and had a nice stay, though next time I’m in Santiago I’ll probably look for somewhere more central and authentic.

The cleaning is poor. For what they charge, they should invest in decent equipment so the maids can clean properly. They seem to clean only the surface, and the beds aren’t clean enough either. It feels like the cleaners are being lazy. I’ve looked around and realized you don’t care at all. It’s easy to take money from clients, but you need to invest in things that help staff clean well. Es flojera compren algo que dejen bien limpio las mi cama son flojas falta más limpieza supiera don Andrés fuenzalida por eso le mande un email directamente a el ……..

The kitchens are pretty small, and some apartments don't even have a stove. For apartments, I think they should make it easier for guests to cook for themselves.

I tried the gym and it was pretty terrible. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Can't really say how the hotel is.
