Trivento Apparts

Everything was right outside the door: metro station, bus stops, taxis, grocery stores, restaurants, and museums. We don't speak Spanish, but the multilingual staff were very helpful. Marcelo at reception was especially great. He arranged our airport pickup to Trivento Apparts, then organized transport from the Apparts to San Antonio Cruise Port after we'd had a few fun days in Santiago. Excellent stay all around, highly recommend.

I was lucky with this apartment booking. They reserved it without asking for any money or credit card payment in advance. The place is clean and safe, right in central Santiago, with a great location and very good staff. I have no complaints, though it would have been helpful if they'd offered tourism tips to arriving guests. I had to figure that out on my own.

The apartments are very nice and safe, and Trivento is worth it in every way. The staff pay close attention to visitors and are willing to guide tourists. They can also point you to taxis that are well presented and inexpensive compared with the ones that just try to take advantage of tourists.

The apartment was dirty, the heat didn't reach everywhere, and the towels were worn and dirty. The person who checked us in was rude and had no customer service skills. A terrible experience. Never again.
