It's an affordable, nice, clean place. The breakfast wasn't that good.

Good value and a nice place. We had no hot water in our room, while the water in my daughter's room was scalding, and we still don't know why. The owner was very friendly and later offered us the bathroom in another room. If we need a place to stay when we return to Talca, we'll keep it in mind.

They recommended this place because of the parking, so I went early to reserve a room for a work night in Talca. The girl who was there showed me a spacious, comfortable, clean room on the second floor and told me the price. Everything seemed fine, so I went to eat and take money out of the ATM. When I came back, the woman there had changed both the room and the price. I needed a place, so I stayed, but the room on the first floor looked more like a storage room and was right in front of the kitchen. It was nothing like the nice, spacious room upstairs. I wouldn't go back.
