Pullman Santiago El Bosque by Accor Hotels

The front desk let us into our room before the scheduled check-in time, and housekeeping did an excellent job. We were on the 16th floor, with lovely views of Costanera center, the tallest building, and the Virgin Mary statue on San Cristobal hill. The sunsets from the room were amazing. The breakfast buffet had a very wide selection. Nicolas was wonderful with the breakfast service, bringing us fresh made-to-order omelets and avocado toast quickly and warmly. A great place to stay in Santiago.

Our one-night stay here was a last-minute change after Novotel had overbooked us and transferred us to this hotel. Check-in was quick and professional, and the staff were helpful throughout. The restaurant servers were fantastic, and the food was good. The hotel is in a nice, safe area near Sky Costanera and the mall. We also walked from the hotel to the top of San Cristobal, which took about an hour and a half. Our room was really big, with two comfortable beds, and the clean bathroom had everything we needed. The rooftop pool looked fantastic, with great city views, and was one of the hotel’s highlights. I’d happily stay here again in Santiago. The breakfast team, led by Fernando, were especially attentive, and the spread was extensive and delicious. The pool has incredible views over the city and mountains. The hotel is in a great spot near the mall, restaurants, and cafés, and the rooms are spacious, quiet, and modern.

I stayed at this hotel from December 30, 2025 to January 1, 2026, and my Apple AirPods went missing from my room. I hadn’t used them after checking in, and their last tracked location was inside the hotel. They disappeared from a private, locked room, not a public area, which is deeply concerning. When I told the staff, all I got was a generic promise to look into it and contact me. There was no follow-up, urgency, or accountability. This has left me without my belongings and without a meaningful resolution. I acknowledge the apology, but the experience has seriously damaged my trust in the Pullman brand and its assurances about guest safety and accountability. Edit: Reply to the response by Camila Infante: Thank you for responding. Honestly, I’m not surprised no one has come forward. If someone did take my AirPods from the room, I wouldn’t realistically expect them to admit it. I note that you checked internally and spoke with staff, but that doesn’t address the situation from a guest’s perspective. The AirPods were unused after check-in, went missing from a private room, and were last located inside your property. That still feels like a serious breach of trust and security, regardless of your confidence in the staff. Update: January 7, 2026 The AirPods location has finally moved from the hotel. The updated location is Gral. Gambino 3950, 8540217 Conchalí, Región Metropolitana, Chile. If you really want to help, you should ask which of your employees lives there.
