The damp and mold were so bad that I left the apartment before I’d even been there 15 days. Renting in this building was a huge mistake. It’s also become overrun with unsavory people, like much of the city center, and nobody seems to control what they do.

The neighbors make noise late into the night, even on Sundays and holidays. It’s awful, and they clearly have no idea how to live around other people.

It’s a holiday and people have been partying on the rooftop all day. At 9 pm they’re still going. Is anyone in charge of regulating this place?
