Our two-bedroom apartment was great, and the service and location were excellent. Aracelli, our housekeeper, was professional and attentive to detail. We really liked the pool, though the sauna was out of order. We'll definitely come back.

The reception was always quick to help, and the staff were really friendly. My room was left neat and tidy while I was at the office.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. We were traveling with two other couples, and their rooms didn't have the problems ours did. One even had a washer, so we all used it, since the hotel said it had laundry facilities but it didn't. Our room, 201, needed a lot of repairs and updating. The toilet ran constantly, and there was barely enough hot water for one quick shower, let alone two. The couch had no cushion and was so bad you needed help getting up. The balcony was nice, but it had no furniture, so it wasn't useful. The advertising photos were very misleading.

I had a really nice stay at the suite by time hotel. The room was clean and good quality, and the food from the Rugendas hotel was great. The front desk staff were helpful from the moment I checked in. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Santiago! 😊😊
