Such a lovely stay.

The hostel’s replies to complaints about poor service say enough for me. There’s a lot of criticism about mistreatment, and their responses show they don’t handle criticism well. They answer with passive-aggressive insults instead. I wouldn’t go there.

The place was clean and comfortable, but the service was poor. Booking.com was confusing and unclear, and after we reached an agreement, the owner gave us a small discount rudely. He said, “Look, this isn’t a game. The price is $15,000 per person. If you made a mistake, it’s your fault. Do you want the room, yes or no?” We were taking a while to decide. It’s far from the city center, too. When we arrived, he kept telling us to leave by 7:00 so we’d have time, even though breakfast wasn’t until 8:00. In the morning, while we were sick, he bothered us with, “Are you having a party?” Then, while we were still eating breakfast, he told us to get up because the table wasn’t big enough, so we had to finish at the patio table. He was arrogant. It was expensive, and with so many people there, the service was poor. I wouldn’t recommend it. Sorry I didn’t take pictures. P.S. She just called me and said I was vulgar for publicly telling what happened to us here.

The rooms look nice, with a rustic feel, and they were clean. Staff service was excellent. The rate per room seemed reasonable, especially with parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast, and cable TV included. The shared kitchen was handy too, particularly the kettle and refrigerator. It’s a little outside the city center, though the main attractions are nearby.
