Hostal Callejon Massmann

A cosy, inexpensive place for an overnight stop. I did miss having a hairdryer.

Simple, clean and affordable, with a perfect location.

We went hoping for a relaxing afternoon in the hot tub, but when we arrived the attendant said the water was still heating. We got in anyway, only to find it cold, with just the surface lukewarm. Really unpleasant. There was also a child playing ball outside the tub, which showed no respect or consideration for customers. Terrible service, I don't recommend it.

We didn't even get to enjoy the experience, which made it terrible. I'd booked tinajas to spend some quality time with my family and my mother, who was visiting me. When we arrived, we were told the team apparently hadn't heard about the booking. At first, someone said in an audio message that we'd made a mistake. We confirmed that we'd booked, but the same person only replied that the tinaja would take 4-5 hours to be ready, then said she was going to pick up her son and couldn't do anything. I assume she was the manager. She didn't apologize or try to find a solution. The organization and sense of responsibility toward customers were terrible.
