The room was nice and the location was good, but the service let me down. I was told breakfast would be ready at 8:30, yet there was none when I went down. I had to leave at 9:15, and by then no one was at reception either.

Breakfast was in the restaurant connected to the hotel. The woman who’d been at reception served everyone yogurt with a choice of flavors, two slices of bread, white or wholegrain, and toppings like guacamole, cheese, and meat (jamón). There was tea, coffee, and warm or cold milk. A man from the restaurant returned my luggage after I checked out and helped me figure out my Uber. They let me store the bags in an office. I only stayed one night, but had a splendid time. The same woman at reception had been very sweet and patient with me, since I don’t know much Spanish. She showed me to my first-floor room, which was cozy, clean, and nicely put together for a reasonable price. I’ve paid the same for places that were only half as good. I’d suggest everyone come here.

El Perejil is the best restaurant, with very reasonable prices. The city itself was awful, though, with terrible smoke smells and pollution. The hostel was clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was a little small but pleasant. Even though it’s near downtown, there wasn’t much noise, and it was easy to come and go at night while exploring.

The location is the best part, and the service was good, though there weren’t enough staff. The rooms are basic and the parking area is tight. Breakfast was the biggest surprise: no ground coffee, despite there being a coffee shop. That felt like a sign of poor attention to detail. Keep these things in mind when choosing where to stay.

A comfortable and safe place, especially if you’re visiting for work. Everything was clean and the service was great. It’s beside a restaurant/bar with excellent products and very reasonable prices, and the accommodation is reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.
