Patrick, Valeri, Carlos and the rest of the team made us feel so welcome. Everyone was friendly and helpful with suggestions. The lodging was cozy, the location was fantastic, and we really enjoyed eating there. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, including a traditional lamb barbecue in the summer kitchen on our first night. We had a great time and would stay again.

Carina made breakfast feel like a treat. She was sweet, attentive, and happy to chat. The lodge itself has a whimsical feel, and having a log burner in the cabin was lovely. It's only a five-minute drive to the park entrance, so given what it costs to stay inside the park, this felt like great value. We had a wonderful visit and would recommend it without hesitation.

Patrick was the best part of our stay. He was so welcoming and kind, helped us plan each day, and took great care of us. The lodge is in a peaceful spot, about five minutes by car from the park entrance, and you can walk from there across a beautiful river valley with mountain views. Our cabin was cute and comfortable, with a great bed and a roomy kitchen and dining area. We also had a very good dinner in the main building one night after pre-ordering. We loved our time here. The views were incredible, and we especially appreciated how wonderful the whole staff was with our baby. At dinner, Miguel even stepped away from cooking to spend a few minutes with him so my wife and I could eat. I can't overstate how much that meant to us. The team was kind, flexible, and full of useful suggestions from Patrick for the parts of our park visit we hadn't planned. We were able to leave our bags early on the way into the park, and the cabin and meals were both great. Doo the cat and the dogs who greeted us were a lovely bonus. Our itinerary only left room for one night, which was the one downside. We'll recommend Konkashken to anyone we know going to Torres Del Paine.

The place has the feel of stepping into a country western movie, and we loved it. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a wood-burning fireplace, and the grounds were kept neat. The outdoor kitchen area was amazing, and breakfast was just right. The owner and staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the owner helped us plan our visit. My wife had a stomach bug that started before we arrived, and he was caring and very helpful. We stayed two nights and had a great time. I'd highly recommend it.
