For the right price, the comfortable, cozy rooms make this a recommended stay. The location is good too.

The location is the one good point, but the price is poor value for what’s offered. It feels more like a hostel than a hotel, and the shower water was cold at night. There’s no elevator, so it isn’t suitable for elderly people or those with mobility issues. The entrance and parking are inconvenient. We don’t recommend it.

We love staying here and feel right at home because the staff are as friendly as ever. The location is perfect, and the river view is beautiful. We’ll return whenever we can. There’s nowhere else in Valdivia I’d rather stay.

Everything else was very good, but the person serving breakfast on May 2, 2026, was unfriendly and disrespectful toward tourists.

The room and breakfast were fine, but cleaning was an issue. I looked under the bed to check whether I’d left anything there and found lots of dust, along with a snack bag from the previous guest.
