The staff were very attentive, and the apartment was good value for money. It had a small kitchen and restroom, but you need to bring your own towels. There wasn’t any soap when we arrived, though Mrs. Gabriela brought some right away after we let her know.
It’s run by the owners, who are incredibly friendly and helpful. The place has a family atmosphere and is right in the center, close to everything. I’d recommend it 100%.

It’s an easy walk into downtown Valdivia, and there’s a leading supermarket just steps away. The area is nice and quiet, the place was clean and welcoming, and the hosts were very friendly.
