Parking and the location were both good, and breakfast was quite nice. The room, though, felt too humid. We stayed in summer, and the heat made it really hard to spend time in there. For the price, I don't think you can expect much more.

The staff were the highlight, with excellent service and really good treatment. Breakfast was good too. The rooms are adequate for a short stay or for mine workers, and the price is reasonable. It isn't somewhere I'd choose for a vacation, but it works perfectly well when you need a place in a pinch.

We went in October and had a comfortable, quiet night. Didn't hear any bothersome noise from other guests, and it's an economical place.

The service from the women working there was friendly, which was the one good part. The rooms are tiny and freezing, and the water heater swings between ice cold and scalding. I nearly got burned because it seemed poorly maintained. Their improvised heater has wiring across the floor, so it feels like an accident waiting to happen. At night, the hallways aren't lit. Terrible place.

Right in central Vallenar, this is a lovely spot to unwind. The staff gave good service, and breakfast was excellent 👌
