The room was spacious and had a hard floor, no carpet. Breakfast was enough, and the location is good. It felt a little shady nearby at night, so I didn’t want to walk around then and used Uber instead. In the daytime there are lots of minibuses to get around.

For the price and location, this worked well for our two nights in Valparaiso. We don’t speak Spanish, so communication was sometimes tricky, though the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and good, and the hotel was conveniently placed for the walking tour we took.

The staff were polite and very cooperative, and there’s a local market nearby. Getting around is easy too, with a metro station and bus stop right in front of the hotel entrance. It’s on the seaside in an awesome location. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices for different tastes. Definitely worth trying a stay here, the hospitality is enjoyable.

The location was great and the hospitality earned this three-star rating. The restaurant food was nice, though the menu was limited. In the room, the carpet smelled bad and felt sticky, the AC wasn’t very powerful, and the safe didn’t work.
