We ended up not staying, though I still paid for the night, as if that were a huge favor. They didn’t charge me for the following night. The owner wasn’t there and called me several times asking for payment before we arrived. He said there was no parking, although Booking.com listed it. It turned out to be public parking, so the information was confusing. The room had no TV. In La Serena, the same price gets you Wi-Fi, a TV, and a heater. For two more Lucas, I’d recommend a loft in Viña del Mar, where you have everything.

Everything was clean, and the owner was super friendly. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is excellent with hot water, and the location is central. Public transport is right there, and shops with delicious food are just steps away.
