Ricardo at reception was superb, and the housekeeping staff were nice. The hotel is well placed by the Port, handy for sightseeing. The room was surprisingly large, but looked unfinished: the floor was loose, there was a crack in the wall, and the shower head badly needed descaling.

The in-house restaurant was pleasantly tasty, breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and well organized. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was clean. It’s a convenient spot, just a short walk from the city's main sights, though there was some street noise at night. A reliable option if you're after comfort and an easy location.

2/10
Dirty carpets, chipped doors, and a toilet seat much smaller than the toilet itself. The upkeep was awful for an otherwise cheap business hotel, and I was absurdly overcharged. I went with two other couples and ended up paying the total for their rooms, with the hotel asking for even more. I'll never return and definitely don't recommend it. For the same money, I could have stayed at a boutique hotel and had a better experience overall.

The employees were fine and so was the location. But there was no WiFi, the shower didn't work as it should, and breakfast was poor.

The buffet breakfast was generous and delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. It was the best price we could find, around 50 bucks for the room plus breakfast. We'd definitely come back.
