There's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in a shared area, and no televisions either. Still, it's a quiet place just a few steps from the beach, run by the owners. There's plenty of parking, plus a spa and gym on site. The feel is rustic, and there's a garden with local fruit.

Spring or summer seems like the best time to visit, especially if you're traveling with family. The place is spectacular, with lovely spots to explore and peaceful walks past little shops on the way to the beach. The jams and papayas are delicious and very affordable. Just keep in mind that public transport doesn't run often, so getting around without a car can be tricky.

We enjoyed the generous portions, and the food was very good. Sometimes, though, it comes out bland and not well prepared. They should pay more attention to that.
