We planned on staying one night, then quickly chose to make it two. The location is handy, right on the main street and just a few minutes from the main square. Breakfast was excellent, with cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, toast, and more. There’s a fabulous inner courtyard and garden at the back, plus parking across the road. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the price seemed very reasonable. Our room at the front of the building was dark, and the place has a generally faded grandeur, but all those other positives made that easy to overlook.

The host even made us sandwiches and let us use the kitchen before our very early bus. The room was clean and the shower hot, and the hotel worked well for our short stay. It’s a couple of blocks from the town square. The building is on the older side and could use a bit more care, but we had a nice stay.

An old building, but it’s been maintained well, and its age gives the place a rustic, almost time-travel feel alongside modern facilities. The reception staff were friendly, and there’s a pool. It’s a good three-star hotel just a few minutes’ walk from the central plaza.

The website didn’t state the price transparently, and the place was dirty: hair under the blanket, blood stains, plus hair and mold in the shower. Definitely not worth what they charge.

The people here are friendly and helpful. The hostel is an old house that’s seen better days, and the infrastructure needs a lot of work and care. If all you need is somewhere to stay overnight, it’ll do.
