We loved this place so much that our one-night booking turned into three. The concrete cabanas are beautiful, set on a hillside above beautiful lake puclaro. We had flight delays, and Emma accommodated a change to our booking with no problem. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and was always there to answer questions. We explored the area, visiting vicuna and pisco elqui, went horseback trekking, and had a beautiful night stargazing. The shared kitchen facilities were amazing. Emma and Ben are an outstanding team, and I can’t recommend the place enough. 😁😁😁

The lake view is stunning, and it’s a beautiful place. There’s a nice kitchen for cooking and hanging out.

I drove by spontaneously in my rental car and considered checking in because I wanted to go kitesurfing. At 1 p.m. the hotel felt like a ghost town, with nobody around, and I was able to walk straight in. It looked really run-down. The lake is now a 10-minute drive away, and walking there wouldn’t be manageable. As a kitesurfer, I probably wouldn’t recommend it.
