Mariana was very helpful, and getting in was easy: we were given a code to collect the key, then the gate opened automatically. The directions were so precise that getting lost would be impossible. We stayed three nights in dome 11. It was exceptionally quiet, with a lovely view, a beautiful look, and a really comfortable bed. Everything was excellent quality. The kitchen has the basics, including an electric stovetop and toaster, but it's quite simple. An electric oven would be a welcome addition. The fridge is small but fine for basic needs. The hot tub runs from 5 pm to 10 pm at 38°C. Unlimited use costs an extra 10,000 CPL, and bathrobes can be added for 5,000 CLP.

We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in the lovely cabin for two. The place is beautiful and well prepared, and the hot tubs are fantastic. If you ask, they keep a steady temperature through the night. 100% recommended.

The setting is beautiful, but our stay in Mini Pod 23 had too many problems. The cabin sits right beside the road, with only black mesh for privacy. Passing vehicles made it shake so much that at first we thought there was an earthquake, and the noise made it hard to rest. The views also fell short of what the photos led us to expect. We had asked before confirming our Airbnb booking whether we could reach the cabin without a 4x4, making clear that our vehicle had low clearance. The host, Jaime, said all types of vehicles could make it. But about 2 km from the destination, we found a dirt road in terrible condition, full of potholes and steep inclines. Inside, there was a strong varnish smell, and now and then something like sewage. The hot tub was a plastic tub only knee-deep. Its water smelled bad, the floor felt sticky, and it clearly needed maintenance. For Airbnb guests, it only runs from 5 pm to 10 pm, which isn't nearly enough time. Communication with the host felt very cold and even passive-aggressive. He contacted us several times about supposedly using the air conditioning in extreme temperatures. That wasn't true: we kept it at 25°C (77°F), and turned it off when we went walking.

My partner wrote about our stay respectfully, but got an inappropriate, out-of-place, even aggressive reply. The writing itself made little sense. Now I understand why they use AI to communicate over WhatsApp. They say they've grown from 2 to 14 cabins, and that only backs up our point. Growth doesn't prove the product is excellent; it shows it's profitable. The approach feels like apathetic Fordism, with as little effort as possible at the lowest cost.
