The hygiene was poor. I had to clean the cobwebs when I arrived. The Wi-Fi connection was bad, and there was a lot of space but very little service. There was no pool or play area for young children, and no fan, even though the sun shines directly into the cabins. The woman was not very empathetic. They ask for payment in advance, and it’s far from the city. The entrance is also very bad, hard to see, with only a small division.

The cabins are comfortable and have everything needed for a good rest. They’re well located near Villarica and easy to get to.

I stayed there in January 2021. There’s a big yard to play soccer and a parking spot for each cabin. It’s comfortable, and nobody bothers you. I recommend it.

They allow pets, which was the best part for me. The spaces and surroundings are wonderful, and the whole stay felt truly enriching. It’s the best getaway to the South I’ve ever enjoyed.

The cabins are well equipped, with spacious green areas and very good access.
