The service was excellent, and it’s a lovely spot to unwind and spend time with family or friends.

The cabins are well equipped and kept up nicely, and the owners are attentive and quick to help with whatever you need. There’s plenty for the kids to do, including foosball, board games, and pinball, while adults can sing karaoke in the event center until 4 a.m. Each cabin has a covered patio, so you can barbecue on the terrace. The heated pools are excellent, with an outdoor pool and a cold-water one too. It’s about 15 minutes from Lake Calafquén in Licanray, 35 minutes from Villarrica, 50 minutes from Pucón, and an hour from the Huilo Huilo gateway. A great base for exploring during the day and soaking in warm water at night. We had a wonderful family vacation here.

Our family has made this a must-visit since we first discovered it. The owners are so warm, friendly, and attentive, and there are all the comforts you could want and more. It’s close to everything and lovely in both winter and summer. 100000000% recommended!

Don Ricardo was kind and attentive, and we left really satisfied. The facilities are hard to find at other cabin complexes: three heated pools, game rooms with pool tables, ping pong, foosball, and arcade machines, plus sports courts and a central event hall. There are also fascinating displays of Mapuche art and history. Spectacular place, highly recommended.
