The room stayed hot even with the AC running all day at 18 degrees C and the blinds closed. It never got below 24 degrees C, and at 0200 I had to get up and speak to the front desk because it was unbearable. The best they could offer was a fan. On top of that, the windows are poorly insulated, so cars and motorbikes roar by all night. If a good night's sleep matters to you, don't stay here. The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and good breakfast, but the heat and noise made it hard to rest.

The beds were comfortable, and when we asked, they kindly put us in a quiet room with two beds without any trouble. Breakfast is included, continental, tasty, and fine, with fruit, sausages, eggs, and more. It's a good option for a day or two in central Viña. The price for what you get is convenient, and the presentation, cleanliness, and service are quite good. The style is classic rather than modern, but it's more than enough for a rest and overnight stay. I'll probably consider it next time I'm in Viña.

The staff were the best part of our stay, everyone was extremely kind and friendly. Our room was dated, but clean. The hotel's location is handy for driving in and out of the city without going through downtown traffic, and it's also near a subway station. Overall, we had a good experience.

The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is great. It's a basic meal, but prepared well, with real bacon and properly cooked scrambled eggs. The spot is good too, a few blocks from the beach and surrounded by shops and places to eat. Good place to check out if you've got time.

The staff were wonderful, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the restaurant food was excellent. I felt very welcome and comfortable.
