Departamento en el Centro de Viña

We stayed at Gala Hotel for a week while looking for a flat in Viña. The room was really spacious and had a nice view, and the staff were very friendly. Everything was perfectly clean. The buffet breakfast was included, and for the price the value was excellent. It’s not a luxury hotel, but the location in the center of Viña is ideal, with restaurants and grocery shops close by. Thanks again, we’ll recommend the hotel!

The staff are friendly, but opening the parking gate always seemed to take them ages. The hotel feels old, and the lobby furniture should have been replaced years ago. Our room was dated but clean, though the windows were covered in seagull droppings. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had on all my travels. There was very little food, and everything tasted off. We couldn’t use the pool because it was under maintenance, but I never saw anyone fixing anything.

The location is convenient, close to the sea and shopping. The hotel itself seemed basic and outdated, though, and the hallway floor lights didn’t work, which made it hard to get back to our room at night. The staff weren’t friendly.

The service was decent, and breakfast was okay but nothing special. The place is noisy and basic, and it needs fresh paint and new carpets. It also feels outdated.
