Beach access was extremely difficult and impractical, and the operating hours were very limited. I often had to use the stairs, or queue for the funicular and hope it was running. Of the two funiculars, only one worked, with room for just four people; the other had been out of service for a year. The building was in very poor condition, with repairs happening in the middle of the season. One outdoor pool was being repaired and couldn't be used, while the upstairs pool had dirty water and dirty glass that blocked the sea view. For what I paid, I found somewhere much better. Be very careful about renting here.

The apartments are a little small, and it’s somewhat far to get around on foot, so we used Uber. There’s parking in front of the building. The outdoor pool was very nice, and the building overall was very good, with an excellent view. The funicular works, though some people may find it a bit scary. There were plenty of attentive concierge staff, and luggage carts were available.

I rented from January 15th to 23rd, 2026, and it was a disaster. I wouldn’t recommend it. The funicular to the beach was out of service, the apartment elevator was down for one day, and the heated pool was empty. Service at the outdoor pool kiosk was terrible. There was a lot to be desired, and I’m leaving the condominium.

In January 2026, we rented from Mendoza based on amenities that weren’t available. The elevator has been under repair since last year, and the heated pool wasn’t working, so we had to find another option. Such a bummer, because the person who rented it to us “always hoped” everything would be fixed by the time we arrived 🙄.
