Victoria gave us great service, and everyone was really friendly and helpful even though my boyfriend and I speak very little Spanish. The location was perfect, and breakfast was included each morning from 8-10am. We had a really nice stay, 10/10.

We were so glad to find this place after the accommodation I’d booked turned out to be too small for three people. It’s clean, right on the beach, and the staff are just wonderful. Thanks so much for making our stay in Viña del Mar special!

We had a really good weekend here, and finding this beach hotel felt like a 10/10. Every room has amazing views, and the terrace sunsets are incredible. The location is super convenient too. Breakfast was very good, but the service was the highlight. Rodrigo, Samuel, and the other receptionist whose name I can’t remember were all fantastic. Thank you, we’ll definitely come back!

The shower had excellent water pressure, and the rooms were clean and well stocked. Breakfast was simple, good quality, and more than enough to get the day started, with fruit and yogurt 👍🏼. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location can’t be beat. I’d book again.
