The grounds are lovely and feel safe, with a park and a small lake. The pool was there too, and I’d stay again. The facility is dated but works fine. The restaurant is simple, and the service was kind. Everything else was fine.

The staff did their best to keep the rooms clean, and they don’t feel as stuffed as rooms in similar hotels. Still, some furniture and bathroom items need renovating. A few rooms could also use pest control for bugs.

The welcome was good, and the room was fine for cleanliness, air conditioning, space, and order. But the pool and surrounding area are badly maintained, and the place needs renovation. The restaurant shuts too early, with no night shift available. After 9:30 you can’t eat there anymore, so you have to go out. That’s a real shame for a hotel.

It’s a quiet, beautiful setting, and the reception is excellent. Internet is the one thing missing. If it were available in every room, it would add a lot to the place.

There’s plenty of parking, and the hotel is near Bertoua Stadium. Staff only understand French. Buffet meals are available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, though the food is just average. There’s also a bar and a swimming pool. Free wifi is offered, but the connection in the rooms isn’t good.
