The rooms were clean and everything worked well. The staff were very friendly, and most could speak enough English, though learning a little French might help.

The rooms are modern, roomy, and well equipped, and the staff made us feel welcome. The hotel is in a good location too.

The food was a highlight, especially breakfast. The chef made sure the dishes were served well, and even prepared what we showed him on Google. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were cooperative and supportive. It was my first trip to Cameroon, and I enjoyed the stay. Most staff spoke French, while only a few preferred English, which was the one communication barrier I ran into.

I found the service excellent, and the hotel has security guards stationed around the property to help keep guests safe. The room was very clean, with free Wi-Fi in the room and throughout the hotel. The bar and restaurant are upscale. A very nice place to stay while visiting Douala.

I had a good experience here. The rooms are lovely, as the pictures on Google show, and the food is good too. The bathrooms have bathtubs 😅, and the staff are friendly.
