4/10
The pool water at this Western hotel was dirty, and there weren't any sun loungers. The buffet and service were only average, so it feels like it should be a two-star hotel.

2/10
The amenities are nice, but the staff I dealt with were rude and unprofessional. I had trouble using the amenities and placing orders, and when I called to speak to someone, they were unwelcoming and rude. Booking.com made the listing look like breakfast was included, but my partner and I woke up to a breakfast charge. For the service we got, the price was far too high. That unwelcoming attitude could drive clients away.

On my first visit, the staff were very helpful and courteous. I'll definitely come back.

The rooms are nice, but mice had taken over. Service was limited, with no proactive waiters and no first aid help, and there were glass splinters around the pool area. Poor value for the money.

We celebrated Labor Day in one of the hotel's well-ventilated halls, and it was an interesting experience. The hotel is just a stone's throw from Douala International Airport.
