Pride and Anita, the two receptionists I met, left me with a very positive impression. I don’t know their last names. I was impressed with the customer service, and management deserves credit for maintaining the standard.

Working was easy with the business computers, and the rooms have a stylish, modern look. There’s also a great buffet breakfast and a trendy bar in the evening.

The location is great, and the hotel looks appealing and well cared for, but poor service made our almost week-long stay disappointing. My girlfriend and I were met with staff who felt cold, rigid, and unwilling to accommodate us from check-in through checkout. A particularly frustrating moment came when I tried to take a simple night photo by the pool. I was told right away to switch off my flashlight, and we weren’t allowed to take any pictures during the stay, even casually around the property. It felt out of step with basic hospitality today. I was embarrassed, especially with my partner there, and we’d hoped to keep a few memories. Instead, the restrictions made us feel like a nuisance rather than guests. The hotel has potential, but the poor service and lack of basic hospitality overshadow it. I hope management improves staff training and guest relations.

The hotel is nice, but the staff were extremely rude and the customer service was poor. Maybe it was because I spoke English, I’m not sure. I stayed two days while waiting to travel back to the USA. One of my bags had snails, and another had packaged food that was properly packed for me to travel with the next day. Staff wouldn’t take the bag upstairs or find a safe place for it. They also wouldn’t let me speak to the manager or any supervisor. At first I was told the manager came in at 10pm. After I waited and called at 7pm, someone said the manager had finished for the day and left, so I couldn’t speak with them until the next day. Given this experience and the way staff treat certain customers, I won’t recommend the hotel or stay there again.
