Very disappointed. Our event is starting late because nobody had set up the conference room equipment. It's like no one was expecting us this morning. There aren't even any cables to connect the projector.

The beds alone deserve a mention 😍, and with the impeccable service and amenities, everything made it easy to feel at ease during my two days there. I highly recommend this hotel. The reception area is magnificent, special mention to your decorator! 🥰🥰

The only good thing about this stay was the restaurant food. I would also like to commend Mr. Guy, one of the housekeepers, who was consistently cheerful. I hope he finds a job in a better hotel. I'm sharing this to help families make a more informed choice for their holidays, not to demand apologies. If you claim we wanted to "run away," I'm surprised you left out the damaged sofa bed, especially since the housekeeper told me she'd send you photos of it every day. This hotel certainly doesn't deserve its 4 stars. The internet was extremely unreliable, and toilet paper was provided only every two days. Even when we asked for more, we were ignored. We had to ask for everything: the hot water, which they kept cutting off, and liquid soap for the kitchenette, even though the cleaning lady saw it was empty when she came in the morning. The liquid soap dispenser in the shower was never refilled, even after we asked. On days when we were in a hurry and couldn't wait for the tap to heat up, we had to buy buckets and fill them with water heated in a kettle. The cleaning ladies' attitude was the worst part. One deliberately swept the floor where my 8-year-old daughter was. My nephew couldn't find his sandals and went over to the same woman, who called him messy. Then the cleaning lady told my children the administration had given her permission to discipline them. Can you imagine? The children kept running out of toilet paper because they got only one roll per shower. When they told her, she said it was normally one roll every three days. They said it was because my children made too much mess, but cleaning is what the staff are paid to do. We weren't asking for a favor. When I complained about the cleaner's attitude and asked for her to be replaced, things got worse. The cleaning was so superficial that we could still see dirt in the corners when we got back. It felt like a way to let dust build up and then blame us, as if dust and stains could accumulate in just one day. We were charged nearly 9 million for a month. When we left, the manager sent videos of the garbage area, dirty dishes, and a dining table covered with food scraps, empty bottles, and plates from the children's apartment, saying the children were supposed to clean it before leaving. She even said she always emptied the trash from her own hotel room before leaving any hotel. They also gave us a list of alleged damage, including a broken glass, a broken toilet seat, and the metal part of a chair being bent, even though no inventory was taken when we arrived. Isn't that why we pay so much for hotels? Who hasn't broken or damaged something? The cleaning staff always seemed so grim. My takeaway is that if you have young children, avoid staying there; they're not professional enough to accommodate children. My family and I are used to staying in hotels on vacation, but we've never encountered such blatant dishonesty, especially with management's tacit approval. Last year in Dubai, my daughter accidentally damaged the television. We weren't charged when we left, even though we paid three times less for better service and, above all, pleasant staff. They complained that my son spilled juice on the carpet, while their own housekeeper accidentally spilled my daughter's porridge on the carpet in our suite while cleaning.
