2/10
The service was very unfriendly, and the hotel needs professional cleaning. The toilets were broken and the shower heads rusty. On my fourth visit, I was treated very unprofessionally. I usually pay my bill at the end of my stay, but after the second night they called me twice while I was away to ask me to settle it. I spoke English, and the woman on the phone insisted I speak French. When I got back that evening, I paid for the night I hadn’t even spent at the hotel and checked out right away. The receptionist argued with me about who was wrong even as I was leaving.

4/10
The receptionist was welcoming, but there’s no air conditioning, and finding the room numbers is a bit tricky. Drinks are needlessly expensive.

8/10
It’s an older hotel, fairly neat and affordable, though there’s nothing luxurious about it.

6/10
The service was good, but the corridors are confusing. I lost my way to my room more than five times.
