10/10
The staff were professional, the food was good quality, and the place felt really relaxing. The Chef made the food the way I requested, so I’d highly recommend Hotel Franco.

8/10
I really liked the decor, and the service was pleasant. The beds were well made and the surroundings clean. I was there at night, when the lighting looked attractive. The parking area is spacious, fenced and secure, with guards in black suits stationed at the main entrance.

6/10
The restaurant is really nice, and the food was very well prepared. The staff were good and genuinely nice in how they treated customers. The hotel is clean and well placed, almost in the center of town, so it’s easy to get around and find what you need. The rooms are comfortable and have a nice view. I wasn’t keen on the orthopedic beds, though, and the TV channels available didn’t match the larger selection mentioned in the document. It deserves a higher rating for a lot of things.

8/10
The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The sink had almost no water pressure, the shower was a little awkward but usable, and the TV didn’t work. There was a bit of street noise, but it wasn’t too bad.

The hall for events is decent and reasonably priced. The hotel is easy to reach by road and has handicap access. The hostesses are welcoming, and the inside has a pretty look.
