It's in a good spot near all the embassies, but that's about it. The place needs a deep clean: dust was everywhere, including on the floors and sheets, and nothing seemed to get wiped properly. The shower took ages to drain, and I had to kill a cockroach in the room. When I told the owner, he laughed. You have to ring a bell to get in or out, then wait for the owner to come down from his room if he hears it. It gets quite annoying. There's no restaurant or drinks on the premises.

The price is cheap, but I wouldn't say the stay is worth the risk to your health or dealing with such a disrespectful owner. The rooms were old, smelled bad, and were infested with rats and cockroaches. I even saw rodents eating the snacks I had bought. The property looks good from outside, but the photos posted by the hotel are fake. When I told the owner about the problems, he shouted and ranted, then told me to leave if I wasn't satisfied. Even asking for a teacup and spoon got me an insult. He showed no friendliness or sense of business. This is the worst hotel I've visited so far.

It's in a very good location, close to good stuff. Prices are good and the place is clean. I got good attention and service, and the boss helped me from the first minute.
