The rooms are clean and comfortable, and this is a new hotel with a nice, well-located building. It can be noisy, though, since the windows don't insulate well and the corridors have tiled floors. Service is very poor, particularly for food and drinks. Reception couldn't get hold of a manager when a more complicated issue came up. I have a medical dietary restriction, which made breakfast nearly impossible. They apparently don't usually serve boiled eggs, so it took an exception to get them. One day that worked; on the second, after 35 minutes, I was given two raw eggs. Staff didn't seem willing to make an effort, and when there was a problem they spoke only French, leaving me feeling helpless and like a nuisance. Management wasn't available to talk to, and I emailed HQ but got no reply.

It's a modern, nice, and safe hotel, and I especially liked the breakfast. Communication was difficult with room service because I don't speak French. I wish there were more English-speaking staff.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty choices, and I was struck by the clean rooms and hallways. The room design felt cutting-edge, and the service was top-notch from the moment I arrived. There was an enchanting scent throughout the hotel that gave it a luxurious Caribbean resort feel. My stay was phenomenal, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a world-class experience.

The breakfast was great, the rooms were very clean with nice bathrooms and no bugs, and I felt safe throughout my five-night business trip. It's definitely the nicest hotel in the city, and I'd stay again. I had trouble sleeping on Saturday and Sunday because of a party nearby, so try to get a room away from the street. The Fitness Centre treadmills were very loud and shaky and need servicing, in my opinion. I also would have eaten all my meals at the breakfast restaurant if it were open all day, but instead had to walk 400m to another restaurant. The restaurant on the 1st floor was empty and had a limited menu.
