A cute, quiet hotel in a good part of Beijing, not far from Dongsi metro station. The staff were a huge help with reservations and arranging Great Wall tours. The relaxed vibe was welcome in such a busy city, and I'd absolutely stay again. The location shown on Google Maps is wrong! Use maps.me to find the right spot!

It's a lovely, quaint location, with wonderful staff. The room is quite basic, and I mean that in a good way. Good area and a great fit for someone travelling alone.

For a budget hotel, the clean, quiet room has enough space for two suitcases. It's about ten minutes from the Metro, with late-night food nearby. The hotel was hard to find, and wheelchair access may be a problem coming in.

Not a good stay. Roadworks were going on outside, and workmen were doing maintenance at 8am, painting the window frames. Breakfast was terrible: everything was cold, and there was no butter for toast.
